The week from hell
So it seems I have no idea how far along I am nor did I get to go with my plan for this week and excerising. Like I said I wanted to go back to doing five workouts a week again since I missed that last week. I was also planning to make my first custom workout and do all upper body since I think that gets missed in the active games. Needless to say that since the week I had was 100 % out of control I didn't get any of that done. I will be working out tomorrow and that will be my forth workout this week. I have missed this workout again but since I have been able to make them up before the end of each week I am not behind yet. I don't have school anymore this week or next so I don't need to worry about long nights getting it the way at least for one week. When I weigh myself tomorrow I will post what it is so we can see how close I an to my end of March goal.
