Phase 2, you had me going there for a minute

So I did the second workout from phase two in training camp today and it was much different than the first one. When I did the first phase two exercise I was thinking to myself that it was a bit harder than the phase one workouts but not all that much harder. What made me happy about the phase two workouts compared to the phase one workouts is that the cal count has been higher for total burned than the phase one workouts. Today when I started the second workout I took a look at what was going to be done and training camp said that it was a "full body" workout. It seems that training camp and I have two totally different ideas of what a full body workout is. In my mind a full body workout is a few exercises from upper and lower body. To training camp a full body workout is jumps followed by jumps followed by lunges, followed by squats followed by split squats followed by more jumps and finally some running. All I can tell you is that after today's workout my legs are feeling quite a bit like jelly and I was so happy to get to work today where I knew I would be able to sit down for a little bit and rest my legs. Tomorrow is a rest day so I am going to take every little bit of it as I am sure that my legs will begin to get stiff and sore by the end of the day. Tomorrow I am also taking a Microsoft certification test so the extra sleep for that will be good. I will let you know how that goes and how my next workout goes when they pick backup on Wednesday.

By the way I am at 42 lbs lost as of yesterday morning
