Finally got there!

Well on my 61st day of diet and exercise I made it to 41 lbs lost. I am pretty excited about it, I haven't lost this much weight in 7 years or so, I have been to busy finding it all these years. I got a little lazy this week and didn't workout on the days I was supposed to but I did make them up. The down side to that is my Phase 1 in training camp shows I completed 11 of the 12 workouts when I did in fact complete all 12. This brings me up to my next point I am starting my phase 2 of the training camp workouts tomorrow. From all the reviews I read, the intensity level goes way up on phase two. I am sure that I will comment on it tomorrow.
