Its been a while
So I have finally had a calm week for the most part but was still able to bill a lot of hours without having to be stressed like I have been. School starts back up today and I am doing three classes again against by better judgment but at least the total number of students I have in all three of my classes is less than the number of students I had in just one class last quarter. I am still moving right along with my exercise but have hit a lul of epic proportions. I am at about 49 lbs lost since Jan 3 which is great but that is where I have been now for about two weeks. This tells me that I will not be hitting my goal of 210 before the end of the month so I have set a more reachable goal for the end of April. I am hoping to get to 195 by the end of next month. The part that makes being where I am now so hard is that I did work out 5 times last week, the workouts are getting much harder and the calories burned at each workout is getting higher as well. Yesterday I did a workout, mowed the lawn, AND went to the park but was still only down .2 lbs from yesterday. You would think with that much activity it would have been more than that but I guess that I am not so lucky. I have a rest day tomorrow but I might use it to do my custom workout that I created and start working out six days a week until I get over this slump. When I first started this it seemed like it was going to be very easy to get to my goal since I was losing weight so fast but now it seems like I just can't get any more to come off. I am so close to halfway to my goal and all I want is to get back this hump
