Still moving right along

So now I have completed a few workouts in Phase 2 of training camp and it seems they are getting a bit harder each time. The number of calories that I am burning each workout has gone up which is good. Today was an "upper body" workout, but like all things EA Active there was still a bunch of squats, and jumps in my upper body workout. I have one more scheduled workout this week then I can do whatever I want. I plan on creating my own real upper body workout that will just beat the crap out of my arms and shoulders for about 30 minutes and I will do that one on Saturday. Once it is done I will post how that went and if it was even worth it. I lost another 1.8 lbs since my last weigh in so I am now down to 221 lbs. That puts me 11 lbs away from my goal for the end of March. I like that my weight is still coming off at a good pace I just wish it was coming off at the pace it was when I first started all the. I have lost about 43 lbs at this point but I still have a long way to go if I want to get to my final goal of 165. Here's hoping that I can get to that goal before I get board or tired of same work each day.
