Phase 3 and almost done
Well, I am on the home stretch now! I have done two of the phase 3 workouts this weekend, both of which were full body workouts, and I only have 10 workouts left before I am done with the 60 day challenge. Yesterday's workout was a little tough but all in all not too bad. Today's workout on the other hand was quite difficult and I had to stop to catch my breath and let my legs rest three or four times before all was said and done. My lower body is still throbbing and I can tell you with almost 100% certainty that I will be sore tomorrow. Doing the math I am right on pace with my weight loss from the first EA Active. I lost 27 lbs in the 40 days it took me to complete the 30 day challenge and I have lost 26 lbs 42 days in to the 60 day challenge in training camp. The weight loss is a little bit slower now than it was in the beginning but I know it is because I have muscle building going on and I am at a much lower weight/ better shape than I was when I started this whole thing. According to WiiFit I am still about 9 lbs or so from moving out of the obese weight class into the overweight weight class. I know that still means I have plenty to lose but it is a mile stone that I look forward to reaching. I am getting ever closer to my end of March deadline. In order for me to hit the goal I need to wake up on Friday morning weighing 3.4 lbs less than I do now. That is a loss of about .7 or so lbs every day. It is going to be close but I am going to do what I can to see if I can't make it happen. Everyone will know Friday or so if I get there. I know I have already mentioned it before but I am going to set a little more realistic goal for April as I find the weight loss is getting slower. I am wanting to get to 190 by the end of April. That is 23 lbs from what I weigh today. If I can get there I will be even closer to my final goal and be done with all the dieting.
