Week 2's weight training done
Today was the last bit of weight training for week two. I did my lower body workout today with the increased weight that I had set. I did pretty well on each of the exercises and feel like I got a real good workout. I should be a little sore tomorrow but nothing like I was after my very first lower body workout. I always feel full of energy and ready for the rest of the day when I start my day out like this. I am so excited about how things are going that this morning I made the copies and set up the next three weeks of pages in my Body-for-Life binder. I know that it is only week three coming up but this weekend I will be planning my food up until the Monday of week four so I wanted to make sure that I was prepared. I have been very happy with my decision to start this program, each morning I wake up with more energy than I have had in a long time and I am already starting to see a change (all be it a small one) to my upper body. Today I am going to be at a client site pretty much all day I have set up Google calendar events so my phone will let me know when it is time to eat and what it is that I have to eat. I am sure I will get a few weird looks while I am there since I will be eating every few hours but I would rather have the looks than miss the meals and perhaps start a slope of falling off the program. Tomorrow is my free day and I have been looking forward to it since about Tuesday. Right before I started this I had a taste of a cup cake I bought my wife and I have been thinking about it pretty much ever since so I am going to see if the shop has any tomorrow and if they do rest assured I will be having one. If they don't I may just got o Sweet CeCe's and get some frozen yogurt either way I see sweet yummyness in my future tomorrow. Thanks again for checking it out.
