Starting the second week

So today is the first day of the second week of my Body-for-Life challenge. This morning I was scheduled to do the lower body workout again. I was a little worried about it since it took almost 5 day for the soreness from Wednesday to go away and this morning I woke up with the soreness gone but was still a little stiff. The stiffness was a little but of a challenge when it came to my workout today since it made going through the entire range of motion pretty tough. I sucked it up and got trough the workout so that made me happy an I was able to do it in the 42 minutes scheduled for the workout. I am happy to say that all the soreness this week paid off because I built strength in my legs and will be adding weight to all four exercises when I do the lower body workout again on Friday. I am a little upset about my upper body workout from Friday, it felt like it was a good workout and I felt like I pushed myself hard but I didn't have one bit of soreness which according to Bill Phillips means the muscles didn't get broken down as much as they could have. I added a few pounds to my high point sets for Wednesday's workout and I am hoping that I get some good muscle burn. Tomorrow I will be running around the neighborhood for my 20 minute cardio before heading off to bible study. Wednesday through Friday I am planning to get my exercise done here at the office so I should get a real good cardio workout on Thursday. This week is looking like it is going to be pretty busy so I am worried that it might be more of a challenge to get my six meals a day in than it was last week. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
