Found a great way to wake up
Tuesdays are always my busy days, I have a bible study that I go to today that starts at 6:30 which means I have to wake up a little early in order to get my workout in before I head out. Tuesdays also happen to be my 20 minute cardio day so I know there is no chance that I will want to do the 20 minute run after working which is why I choose the morning. This morning it just happened to be 41 degrees outside when I went out to run, so I had a couple of options, 1. suck it up and run in the cold 2. go to the rec center and run on a piece of equipment in a nice heated room. I went with the first choice, let me tell you a run in that temp will wake you up pretty fast. I did the distance of 2 and some change miles again today but I didn't do it all in laps since I didn't want to end far from the house and my legs are a little sore from yesterday's lower body workout. It was nice to cross off yet another day on my calendar, it is fun to think that after tomorrow I will be halfway through my 4th week on this. Tonight I will be putting together my food for Thursday and Friday then I will be all set for the rest of this week. Today I am spending a full day at a client so I need to put what I am eating and when on my Google calendar so I don't forget what and when to eat then I get to go home and go to a Halloween party with the wife and kid. I can't wait to see the fun we are going to have there today. Well, don't have a whole lot to say today but keep an eye out tomorrow, I have another upper body workout and I am going to push myself hard to try and get to the 12 reps I have been falling short on with some of the exercises.
