Well I did it again
Yet another Friday has come along and yet another Friday I don't wake up and workout. The alarm went off this morning and I was half way out of bed but then I started to think. I am taking another certification exam this morning and thought it would be better to sleep and get the extra hour of rest so that I would be sharp when taking the exam. I will make the workout up tomorrow. I have only nine workouts left before I am done with the this nine week challenge so I need to start thinking about what I need to do next as I don't think an EA Active 3 is planning on being released before I finish. I still have not totally gotten back down to the weight I was at last Saturday but I am less than half a lb away. I have lost about two lbs since Tuesday so I am ok with that, as long as I stay at that pace I should be good to get to my final weight goal and put all this behind me. If anyone has any suggestions on what to do next I am happy to hear them. Yesterday's workout was not quite as bad as the one on Tuesday but it still was a little hard. It was one of those workouts with a lot of stride jumps, skipping, and mountain climbers. The total calories burned in the workout was about 250 but it sure did feel like a lot more than that. School is winding down this week and the first day of next week then I am taking a smaller class load so it won't be as bad to get up and workout in the mornings. Now all I have to do is figure out what working out I want to be doing. Here is the graph from Thursday's workout.
